Submission Guidelines for  Presentation  &  Publication: 

• Presentation Languages:   English    OR   any other Spoken Language
• Presentation Time :   Minimum – 7 minutes   to   Maximum – 15 minutes.
• For Presentation :    PPT file   –  approximately  min.7  to max. 15 slides  (with clear readable Fonts – Times New Roman/  Unicode / Mangal / Nirmala UI / Google fonts;  fonts size :-   26  or  28 ) 
• For Poster Presentation size:-   Print Poster – 36″ x 48“ / 48″ x 48“ / 48″ x 60″ inch at conference,    OR    e-Poster :-  1 PNG  image on slide number – 1 OR 2  &  on the next 1 or 2 slides theory in PPT file.

Note: All presentations will be evaluated as per evaluation form by the session chairpersons.     PDF file submission will not be considered. 

For Paper / Article  Publication :  M.S. word editable file,   Page – A4, Normal Margin – 2.54 cm each side, Single Column, Fonts – Times New Roman, Size – 11,  Title – 18, Theory – 11,   line spacing – 1.0,    Figures, tables in the center.    —-      File Approx. –   Minimum – 1000  to    Maximum – 4500  words.  (Above limit file additional charge :-  Per extra 500 words/2 pages —  Rs.200  or  $ 5 USD )

Title – Author  Name, Designation, Affiliation – Department /Faculty ,  College / University Name,  Email ID, Contact Number,  Full Address with Pin Code – Abstract – Keywords – Introduction – Objectives – Literature Review – Methodology –  Middle Body  (contents) – Analysis & Discussion – Results / Findings – Recommendations –  Conclusion –   cited References. (APA/MLA)

हिंदी, मराठी, गुजराती, पंजाबी  और  अन्य भाषाओं के लिए :  (For Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi and other regional / national languages) :  (एमएस वर्ड फाइल)    अपने सार / लेख फ़ाइल के शीर्ष लेख अनुभाग में ICLSGM – 2025 का उल्लेख करें।

पृष्ठ – A4, हाशिया – 2.1 सेमी प्रत्येक तरफ़,   फ़ॉन्ट्स – मंगल / यूनिकोड / निर्मला UI, शब्द आकार – 11,   शीर्षक – 18,  तालिका, चार्ट, चित्र पृष्ठ के मध्य में होना चाहिए ।

शोध पत्र / लेख  शीर्षक – लेखक का नाम, पद / ओहदा,  संबद्धता – विभाग,  कॉलेज / विश्वविद्यालय का नाम,  ईमेल, पता, पिनकोड,  संपर्क नंबर –   शोधसार – कुंजी शब्द  – परिचय – मध्य निकाय – निष्कर्ष / सारांश – संदर्भ   (एपीए)      (न्यूनतम – 1000, अधिकतम – 4500 शब्द)

Conference Participation  –  Terms & Conditions : Inclusion in Above Mentioned Charge :   Conference participation,  Access to all sessions for 1 day, Conference kit for Presenters, Hard copy Certificate,  Lunch, Tea/Coffee., Best Presentation as per merit selection.

Exclusion in Conference  :   The conference does not include Visa, Air Fare, Medical, Residential Accommodation  and Travelling Charges.  Participants need to arrange their own cost for it.  Evening Dinner is Not included in Conference.   

Resident Accommodation :   Candidates need to Book  Resident Hotel Accommodation  with own extra cost. :     Nearby Hotels as below :- (If college/university venue guest rooms available then only will be offered)
