The overarching goal of the ‘International Scientific Research Association’ (ISRA)/ ‘Research Culture Society’, (RCS-ISRO) is to grow and maintain successful relationships with international professors, scientists, scholars, researchers, students and industry delegates through collaborative, open partnerships, strong communication and clearly defined level of services that the Society and Chapters will provide to members.  Erasmus+  Projects and other development Programs also covered in our chapters.

Country – National and Regional Chapters: 

RCS-ISRO chapters are with meeting the needs of their members, members of the association, and members of the larger community in which they operate. RCS and ISRA chapters are responsible for maintaining the frequency and quality of activity in the area they serve, and for identifying and promoting those activities of specific interest to their members.

chapters also have responsibilities to the Association. RCS and ISRA chapters must communicate with the Association; submit annual financial and activity reports; report changes in officers and contact information; update chapter member lists; and adhere to RCS policies concerning chapter membership, meeting sponsorship, and management of funds.

Responsibilities of Chapter Head: 

Most chapters have an executive council, which includes elected chapter head, and coordinators,  The chapter’s executive committee is generally responsible for managing the chapter’s affairs and events. It is essential for the executive committee to be open to the suggestions and feedback of the chapter membership, and should always be open to offers of help.

The Chapter Head/Chair :

The chapter Head/Chairperson has the overall responsibility for development :

  1. To engage local – national institutions, universities, schools with Memorandum of Understanding (Memorandum of Cooperation).
  2. To organize programs/events by ensuring with plans. 
  3. To see the chapter fulfills its obligations to the Association.
  4. The chapter head should be familiar with the services, procedures and policies of the association, with the chapter’s bylaws, and with the duties of all the other chapter officers and committee.
  5. To schedule executive council meetings for the entire year  (virtual meeting for 2 – 3  times in a year).
  6. To maintain a record of events, programs, meetings and members.
  7. To offer our organization and chapter services to professors and researchers of universities, institutions and schools.

Coordinators  :

The  Coordinators are responsible for: 

  1. Establishing a new  membership campaign and coordinating membership procedures.
  2. Recruiting new members of RCS  and ISRA chapters.
  3. Maintaining chapter membership records and database, including member name, email, phone, address, institute/company, dues payment, and  membership number/ID (in Excel sheet);
  4. Establishing a membership campaign,  especially at renewal time;  and  find  sponsors for events/programs.
  5. Working to set up corporate membership and institutional sponsorship programs when possible.
  6. To offer our organization and chapter services to professors and researchers of universities, institutions and schools.

The Student Coordinator:  Student coordinators actively support and coordinate in the events/programs,  Also try to engage other institutions and  organizations  students and professionals to take part  into our events/programs.   Student coordinators can promote our events/programs in social media.  


The Sponsors – Sponsorship Opportunities :

The Sponsor shall be a faculty member or full-time staff member of institute / university / school / company / industry / firm / business.

Sponsor shall be generally responsible for the activities of the chapter. Specifically, the Sponsor helps provide continuity from year to year as student leadership and personnel change; promotes good student-faculty relationships; helps maintain institution standards in all activities of the chapter; and exercises financial supervision.
