If you are presenting more than one paper/poster –  An author may submit and present a maximum of 3 papers at the conference. If you are presenting more than one paper at the conference, full payment is required for the first paper. If other papers are oral or poster presentations, an additional fee of 100 USD will be charged for each paper. If any of the papers requires scopus publication then you have to pay the publication fee for each paper. If you have more than 3 papers, the additional paper can be presented by a co-authors on full registration. 

Payment terms – transaction charge :-  All payment must be prior while registration and confirmation,    in all online payments of  card  & international payments – an additional transaction charge  5%  must be added by the payer .    

Participants Travel & Arrival Suggestions:    Indians &  Some Asian – European  Countries Citizens Do not Require prior VISA  –  ‘On Arrival Free Entry’ as a FREE Visitor in Thailand.     or   apply for a visitor visa.      Participant can arrive  at  Suvarnabhumi BKK / DMK  Bangkok Airport,  as per Thailand time between  04:00 am  to  09:30 am.   and    approx. room check-in – 12:30 pm to 01:30 pm as per Thailand time.

​Note:- As a professional research organization – organizers have a proper plan and arrangements for ease of participation with offered package – facilities.  But in any undesirable circumstances – situations, organizers can postpone / change dates and/or locations. Conference Participation Agreement needs to be signed by each participant.

Cancellation – Refund Policy :-   50 Days Before Conference: 60% refundable.;      30-40 Days Before Conference: 50% refundable.;     Less Than 30 Days Before Conference: No refunds will be issued.

• In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event.
