Description of Registration & Participation Charges

  INR is for Indian Candidates   &   USD is for other International Candidates

Discount :-   10% Discount for Researcher / Student     OR    2 Candidates Group Registration    OR    RCS Members  /  ISRA  Members  in   Conference presentation –  participation charge.

• Presentation of Paper / Article /  Poster / Project / Thesis / Dissertation. —  (in PPT – Power point file)
• Publication of Paper / Article / Poster / Project / Thesis / Dissertation.  —   (in editable M.S. word file)
• Free Publication in Scientific Referred, Peer-Reviewed ISSN Journals  &  ISBN – soft copy.
• Corporate / Industry/ Institution  Sponsor  or Co-Sponsor are invited to join.

• Presentation Languages:  English    OR   any other Spoken Language
• Presentation Time :   Minimum – 7 minutes   to   Maximum – 15 minutes.
• For Presentation :    PPT file   –  approximately  min.7  to max. 20 slides  (with clear readable Fonts – Times New Roman/  Unicode / Mangal / Nirmala UI / Google fonts;  fonts size :-   26  or  28 ) 
• For Poster Presentation size:-   Print Poster – 36″ x 48“ / 48″ x 48“ / 48″ x 60″ inch at conference,    OR    e-Poster :-  1 PNG  image on slide number – 1 OR 2  &  on the next 1 or 2 slides theory in PPT file.

Note: All presentations will be evaluated as per evaluation form by the session chairpersons.     PDF file submission will not be considered.

पृष्ठ – A4, हाशिया – 2.1 सेमी प्रत्येक तरफ़,   फ़ॉन्ट्स – मंगल / यूनिकोड / निर्मला UI, शब्द आकार – 11,   शीर्षक – 18,  तालिका, चार्ट, चित्र पृष्ठ के मध्य में होना चाहिए ।

शोध पत्र / लेख  शीर्षक – लेखक का नाम, पद / ओहदा,  संबद्धता – विभाग,  कॉलेज / विश्वविद्यालय का नाम,  ईमेल, पता, पिनकोड,  संपर्क नंबर –   शोधसार – कुंजी शब्द  – परिचय – मध्य निकाय – निष्कर्ष / सारांश – संदर्भ   (एपीए)      (न्यूनतम – 1000, अधिकतम – 3500 शब्द)

2. ‘Shikshan Sanshodhan’     with impact factor 7.384     (Other Languages) ( Free – Including in Conference charge) 
3. Proceedings – Abstracts Book with ISBN   for all tracks.  ( Free – Including in Conference charge) 
4. OR   Publish with own additional charge in ***Scopus / WoS / CARE / Springer Publications ( Approx. $ 200 to 700 USD / Rs. 16500 to 55000 INR – As per Journal )  
5. OR   Publication is Optional not compulsory/ Participate for only Presentation   

Exclusion in Conference  :   The conference does not include Visa, Air Fare, Medical, Residential Accommodation  and Travelling Charges.  Participants need to arrange their own cost for it.  Evening Dinner is Not included in Conference.

Payment terms – transaction charge :-  All payment must be prior while registration and confirmation,    in all online payments of  card  & international payments – an additional transaction charge  7%  must be added by the payer .    

Cancellation – Refund Policy :-   Refund as 70%  of paid amount within early bird dates.   Then after No Refund.

1)  valid passport (Passport or travel document with an expiry date of no less than 6 months); 2)  Photo Identity card issued by the Government of India/State Government/UT Administration;   3) 2 recent passport-size picture of yourself (1.5inch x 1.5inch with a white background).  4)  The completed and signed Nepal Visa Application Form (completed online and printed); 5)  Proof of accommodation in Nepal (such as a hotel reservation or address);  6)  Valid return flight or travel ticket.  7)  Proof of sufficient financial means, such as e-copy of bank statements from the last three months 8) Proof of having paid the Nepal visa fee.

​**** As a professional research organization – organizers have a proper plan and arrangements for ease of participation with offered package – facilities.  But in any undesirable circumstances – situations, organizers can postpone / change dates and/or locations. Conference Participation Agreement needs to be signed by each participant.
