Educational institutions (Universities, Faculties, Colleges, Departments);   Industries,  Companies  and  Firms  are welcome for Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) as the Knowledge Partner and Exchange programs in collaboration/association with us.   There is no fee or charge for collaboration  MoU with us.

Who can send interest and sign an MoU with us ? : 

  • Academic MoU :-   Authorized Head Persons from Universities, Institutions, Colleges, School. ( i.e. – Rector, Department Head, Dean, I/C Head, Registrar, Vice Chancellor, Chancellor, Director, HOI, Rector, Principal, IQAC Head ).   
  • Corporate MoU :-  Authorized Head Persons from Industry, Company and Corporate Firm. (i.e. – CEO, Chairman, Director, Manager, President, Head) 

Objectives of MoU (Collaboration / Cooperation) : 

  • To provide a common forum for designing and/or execution of curriculum, academic events, professional programs and/or industrial programs or activities.
  • To help in increasing  institutions grads and rankings.
  • To use and share libraries, instrumental and related-infrastructure facilities of each other.
  • To exchange information and available platforms as the knowledge partner.
  • To increase the knowledge and skills level.
  • To arrange joint seminars/ workshops/ trainings/ lectures /FDPs/ PDPs for students and teachers.
  • To arrange trainings / seminars/ workshops for industries, companies, firms and corporate employees.
  • To receive funds or grants from institutions, industries, companies, corporate firms or government agencies.

  • Certificates of Events  under MoU collaboration / collaboration / cooperation.  (1 memento for physical mode event)
  • Members / Faculties can be appointed as the Keynote Speaker, Guest Member in Conference, Seminar and professional or educational events.
  • Members / Faculties can  work as the Expert Resource Person for Lectures on different themes, topics in workshops and training programs or events.

The organizations based upon the principle of respect for each other’s independence and of mutual benefit, will carry out the following activities.

  • Exchange of faculty as visiting lectures, Guest of honor, Speaker.
  • Designing and execution of conferences, seminars, workshops, Symposiums etc.

  • Exchange of publications and information.
  • Professional Training and Skill Program for Industries, Companies, Firms and Corporate employees and staff.

Requirement from  MoU Collaborator/Co-organizer/Co-host in Event with us under terms & conditions:    Academic  —  Universities, Institutions, Colleges, School    OR   Corporate  —    Industry, Company and Corporate Firm.

1) Efforts Required from the Collaborator/Co-organizer/Co-host Institutions which are joining with Institution Name & Logo –  To arrange Minimum number of Paid Participants from within Institution  or  Outside promotion sources  as below –

#Minimum Participants Numbers given as above   and   Maximum as per the location capacity/days – times.

Participation Norms :  RCS / ISRA usually apply normal fee or charge per participant – per candidate as per ready plan of event by RCS/ ISRA side.   Joint  collaboration  Institutions can support  or  can arrange sponsor help for their own institute participants/candidates.  Joint Collaborator/Co-organizer/Co-host candidates will be given  per participant – per event as  10 to 15 % discount in physical mode   or  30 to 50 % in online/virtual mode.

Responsibility of Collaborator/Co-organizer/Co-host : Institute/college/university or its department on joining the event as – Collaborator/Co-organizer/Co-host / supporter – committee members need to seriously take responsibility for promotion of the event for a minimum number of paid participants. 

Arrangement :  A ready pre planned management with joint committee, keynote or plenary speakers, event schedule, brochure, flyers for promotions of the event will be prepared and available from RCS. 

Disclosure of collaboration terms & conditions :  If collaboration institute/college/university  not fulfilled  a minimum  number of paid participants engagement in the event from their side or other source contacts;   then we shall remove such institute/college/university name, logo and committee members  before the event date.  

2) Please make sure you follow the instructions : (if institution organize event at their own location)

  • Mention ‘Research Culture Society’   with logo as  ‘a sponsor’ / ‘a co-sponsor’ / ‘in association with’ / ‘in collaboration with’,   in Banner/brochure/promotion material/web link/ Event day main banners – screen.  
  • For event collaboration memories – Organizing Institute has to provide us a memento – certificates on name of RCS   as a ‘a sponsor’ / ‘a co-sponsor’ / ‘in association with’ / ‘in collaboration with’ / publication partner.
  • Institutions also can invite one of RCS member as a guest of honor,  guest representative, keynote speaker, with providing full fledged traveling and other accommodation. 
  • In publication matter  our Journal as publishing partner in brochure and promotion material.  —  Journal name, Journal Logo,  ISSN, Impact Factor   or    RCSP logo with ISBN.
