Additional Charges for City Tour – Places, Sightseeing Places Tickets and Travelling Charges will be in a sharing based Van/Taxi. 

Extra Accommodation :-  night stay accommodation (2 or 3 persons sharing),  morning breakfast.  Residential Accommodation will be arranged as per male / female / family suitability. [ Regular Check-in (01:30 pm)  & Checkout  (11:00 am).  as per local time];  Extra Charge for demand of – Personal room or Accompanying person.    

If you are presenting more than one paper/poster –  An author may submit and present a maximum of 3 papers/posters at the conference. If you are presenting more than one paper/paper at the conference, full payment is required for the first paper/poster. For each additional paper/poster extra fee of 70 USD. The additional paper/poster can be presented by the author / co-authors.

Payment terms – transaction charge :-  All payment must be prior while registration and confirmation.   In Papal and all online payments by card  & international forex payments – an additional transaction charge  11%  must be added by the payer.    

Participants Travel & Arrival Suggestions:    Indians &  Some Asian – European  Countries Citizens Do not Require prior VISA  –  ‘On Arrival Free Entry’ as a FREE Visitor   or   apply for a visitor visa.      Participant can arrive  at  Kuala Lumpur,  Airport,  as per Malaysia.

​Note:- As a professional research organization – organizers have a proper plan and arrangements for ease of participation with offered package – facilities.  But in any undesirable circumstances – situations, organizers can postpone / change dates and/or locations. Conference Participation Agreement needs to be signed by each participant.

Cancellation – Refund Policy :-   50 Days Before Conference: 60% refundable.;      30-40 Days Before Conference: 50% refundable.;     Less Than 30 Days Before Conference: No refunds will be issued.

Note:- Refunds will be processed 2-4 weeks after the conference, excluding transaction charges. Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, force majeure, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.

• In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event.
